Welcome to Chef Ricardo’s Kitchen. My wife Suzanne and I owned and operated Lomo Grill, Waynesville’s award-winning restaurant for 16 years. Now we tend to our farm, growing fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs, and cultivating peonies and fig trees for sale to the public from May through October.
We also operate the Mountain Cooking Club, hosting monthly educational and social cooking classes at the Fines Creek Community Center, Folkmoot in Asheville, and at our own Wildcat Ridge Farm in Clyde, NC. We also cater private parties throughout the greater Asheville area, and we operate culinary tours to Argentina.
