Welcome to Chef Ricardo’s Kitchen.   My wife Suzanne and I owned and operated Lomo Grill, Waynesville’s award-winning restaurant for 16 years. Now we cater private parties throughout the greater Asheville area, specializing in wedding weekends, reunions, dinner parties and holiday gatherings.

We also grow fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs, and cultivate a wide variety of peonies and fig trees for sale to the public from May through October.  Our Wildcat Ridge Farm is open to the public during peony season (May) and by appointment for fig trees throughout the summer months into early fall. We also host culinary tours to Argentina.  Our next trip is scheduled for 2019.
